Where is my tracking number?

We will email you a tracking number when we have pick your products from our warehouse and packaged them in a discreet box. When you get the tracking number it will be the moment we print the shipping label. This means the package is ready to go and most likely has not been picked up yet.

If you do not see your tracking number please check your spam folder of your email. You can avoid emails going into your spam folder by whitelisting our website name.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept Visa Bank cards and Visa Gift cards. We accept Discover and American Express. We also accept Cash on Delivery for customers with at least 3 orders.


How long will delivery take?
  • Orders placed on Saturday before 12 pm ( pacific time ) will go out Saturday
  • All orders placed Saturday after shipment out for the day and orders for Sunday , will go out till Monday.
  • USPS Express orders need to be completed by 12 PM Pacific Standard Time (California Time) to be shipped out the same day
  • USPS Priority orders need to be completed 4 PM Pacific Standard Time (California Time) to be shipped out the same day
  • FEDEX Overnight needs to be placed before 3:30 PM Pacific Standard Time (California Time) to be shipped out the same day

We use either USPS or Fedex to ship. We cannot control the amount of time it takes for a package to arrive. They usually take between 3 to 5 days after the tracking is scanned. Sometimes (rarely) the post office loses a package and it takes a little longer. Our best advice is to plan ahead and order larger orders.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We do not store any credit card information. All credit card information is sent via 256 bit encryption to the credit card company.

If you choose to keep the credit card on file, the credit card company will keep the information and we use a 1024 bit encrypted token to communicate with the credit card company.

What if the product I order is out of stock?

Option 1

If the product you order is out of stock we will attempt to contact you via email or phone call. If we can not we will cancel the order and refund the money back. The money will normally appear back on your card with in 2-5 business days depending on your bank.

Option 2

If you leave us in the Order notes a few other choices you would like in case we are out of stock then we will choose from those items and send your package asap.

When will you get the product back in STOCK?

We normally stock our inventory by demand. You can help us. Join the wait-list to be emailed when this product becomes available. We will see how many people want the product which determines how fast we re-order it.
